Shipping Related

When will my order ship?

Orders generally ship daily Mon-Fri and we do not ship on weekends. For your delivery schedule please see next question.

When will I receive my order?

Delivery times depend on your location and can be 2-6 business days. To find your time in transit check out the map here… Shipping Map

Can I get my order faster?

We do offer 2-day, and 3-day express options through UPS upon checkout. Delivery is in business days. Please check the UPS Ground delivery times as express may not be needed to get your package there in 2-3 days.

How do I track my order?

Tracking information for your order will be emailed to you from UPS at the end of the shipping day. If you didn’t receive that email or if you deleted it, you can email your tracking request to customer service with your name and date of purchase.

Do you ship internationally?

Humble Bee health currently ships only to US, it’s territories and Canada.

Do you ship to PO Boxes?

We generally ship using UPS which will not deliver to PO Boxes. If ordering just books then a PO Box address can be used.

Do you ship to Military bases or APO boxes?

We do ship to US military addresses. Military addresses will be shipped by USPS only. These orders can be placed over the phone with our toll free number.

What methods of Payments do you accept?

We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, PayPal, and Google Checkout. To use an eCheck or Discover card you must complete the checkout process using PayPal or Google Checkout.

Do you have everything in stock

If you are able to add the product to your shopping cart then we do have it in stock. Extremely rare occasions where we don’t we will notify you immediately via email or phone.

Is your site safe/secure?

The secure pages on our website occur towards the end of checkout where your information will be entered. Here we use the most up to date 256-bit SSL Secure encryption technology. Can I order by phone?

Ordering over the site is the best and fastest method and helps alleviate typographical errors. We do not currently have a full time order number but at times customer service will be available at 877-321-1919 if you have problems using the site for ordering.
